Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within a maximum of 72 hours from the time the required deposit is paid and the order is confirmed.
Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability and delivery conditions, but 72 hours is the maximum expected delivery time after deposit confirmation.
Deposit Policy
Some products require a deposit before the order can be processed:
- Products above EGP 1,000: A 50% deposit is required.
- Products above EGP 10,000: A 10% deposit is required.
The applicable deposit amount will be confirmed by our team before processing the order.
Important: For products above EGP 10,000, the required deposit is 10%, replacing the 50% deposit applicable to products above EGP 1,000.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order:
- Our team will contact you to confirm the order.
- Product availability and order details will be verified.
- The required deposit and shipping cost will be confirmed.
- Once the deposit is paid, your order will be processed.
- Delivery will be completed within a maximum of 72 hours from deposit payment and order confirmation.
Shipping Cost
Shipping fees depend on the delivery location, order size and product requirements.
Our team will contact you to confirm the applicable shipping cost before the order is processed.
