For products above EGP 10,000, the required deposit is 10% instead of 50%.

We provide delivery services across Egypt.

Orders are delivered within a maximum of 72 hours from the time the required deposit has been paid and the order has been confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Shipping fees are determined according to the customer’s location, order size and product requirements.

7. Returns, Replacement & Warranty

Products covered by warranty are subject to the applicable warranty terms of the product and brand.

Our covered products are supported by local authorized distributors and agents in Egypt.

Warranty periods include:

• Processors: 3 Years
• Motherboards: 3 Years
• NVMe SSDs: 1 Year
• RAM: 1 Year
• PC Cases: 1 Year
• Monitors: 2–3 Years

Warranty claims are subject to product inspection.

Warranty may not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse.
• Physical damage.
• Liquid or moisture.
• Incorrect installation.
• Electrical damage.
• Unauthorized repair or modification.
• Accidents or external factors.
• Damaged or removed serial numbers or warranty labels.
