Overview
The Zalman CNPS9X OPTIMA2 is a high-performance tower CPU air cooler designed for modern gaming PCs and desktop systems. It combines four direct-touch heat pipes, a large aluminum heatsink, and a 120mm PWM ARGB fan to provide efficient cooling with a clean gaming aesthetic. With support for AMD AM5 and AM4 processors as well as Intel LGA1851 and LGA1700 platforms, it is suitable for a wide range of modern PC builds.

The direct-touch heat pipes make direct contact with the CPU heat source, helping transfer heat efficiently into the aluminum fin stack. The 120mm fan then pushes air through the heatsink to maintain stable temperatures during gaming and demanding workloads.
Zalman CNPS9X OPTIMA2 ARGB Fan
The 120mm fan features addressable RGB lighting with a white matte blade design. Its PWM control allows the motherboard to automatically adjust fan speed based on CPU temperature. The fan operates at up to 1,500 RPM and produces a maximum rated noise level of 29.5 dB(A), providing a balance between cooling performance and acoustics.
